The redevelopment of the former Whiteley shopping centre in West London, which was London's first department store. Designed by Foster + Partners, the project will include 153 high-end homes; London's first Six Senses hotel with 110 rooms; 20 new stores and restaurants; and a series of large-scale public spaces.
The Whiteley heralds the coming together of some of the most talented architects and developers of the moment to breathe radical new life into one of the capital's overlooked architectural gems, situated just a stone's throw from Hyde Park, in a district home to a vibrant community.
Residents will enjoy membership to Six Senses Place, a new kind of social club where they can meet, eat, treat or heal in wellness rooms and co-working spaces and a dedicated restaurant.
The Whiteley is London's most significant Super Prime regeneration. This landmark building is the focal point of a globally 'best in class' new London village and is the last such residential opportunity located around Hyde Park.
